There are many reasons why I chose to become a holistic practitioner. It simply called out to me. When I found this medicine, it was the first revelation in my life. It felt like my whole life until then was on complete autopilot. I had finally come to my senses and it was terrifyingly exhilarating. I have regained an understanding of control in my life and what a huge responsibility it is.
I was born and raised in The South Bronx in New York City. I was born 2nd generation New York Puerto Rican without an ounce of pride or connection to my culture. It’s true that the grounding force of herbalism inspired ancestral work within me. Simultaneously connecting eclectically to numerous cultures and energetic modalities. I chose this path with great conviction and honor. I pray it inspires others who know darkness well and choose everyday to embody the light. I pray it shows that we all have the power to change our lives for the better. If there is even a semblance of connection to my truth, may there be healing present.
It took everything in me to burn painfully anew. It still does break me open hearted from time to time. Lovingly, I always feel guided toward deeper healing and blessing. Holistic work is not to be taken lightheartedly- it is work we’ve neglected collectively. A worldwide suffocation of truth is amongst us and our breath is the cure. Our conscious, controlled, powerful, loving breath of life that vibrants with valor. This is the work to end the mass mania on Earth. Elysian does exist on earth and it always has. It exists as long as we all agree to it.
It started off with Tarot and Astrology. This was and is still a very active part of my practice. Some may be wondering, “how is astrology holistic?”. It has been for me personally, extremely monumental for growth, self introspection and integration. I believe astrology is oftentimes forgotten to have its roots in occultism and esotericism. It has been heavily diluted and misrepresented by the mainstream media. Since the beginning, my soul yearned for the study of “esoteric astrology”. It shows the many phases of each sign on their progression from “ego centered” to “soul centered”. In short, it follows how the signs can be embodied at their highest vibrational octave versus its unconscious counterpart.
Tarot was my gateway to spiritual communication with otherworldly beings and subtle earthly energies. My psychic and mediumship abilities are a deeply personal practice in my life. It has led to an even more empowered trust in my self and my intuitive promptings. Tarot and other forms of cartomancy are a wonderful beginner friendly divination tool to support increased psychic skills. It’s my favorite tool for when I’m facing indecision, blockages, and misunderstandings. It was a very clear yet subtle way to guide me toward my innermost truth. It has led me to explore other divination modalities like rune casting, augury, angel numbers and osteomancy.
Later in life, I needed more grounding. I was very excited to have found a reconnection to my spirit but it oftentimes led me to neglect my body. The physical realm has shown me a lot of painful things and I wanted something magical to cling to. It was time for integration! Plant medicine and magic had entered the spiritual network of my life. I started off in the practice of green witchery. Sacred metals and crystals manifested leading me to weave and wrap. Consequently, a Spider Woman like medicine has begun to bloom within me, the patience of weaving my web of life.
Soon herbs, flowers, seeds, leaves and all sorts of earthly material were added to my spiritual practices. I started creating deeper connections with specific plants. In truth, herbal medicine and medicinal mushrooms found their way to me. I had the yearning to pursue this even deeper and sure enough, a new door opened.
Education has always been a priority in my life and I invested in it deeply. However, now education was taking a shift. Instead of from a place on indoctrination, I decided on a path of curiosity and wonder. I began to explore my ancestry because my raices started to mean something to me. This was the generational grounding all the ancestral curses needed to heal. I began to embrace making sense of the beautiful array of people, culture and language that makes up Puerto Rican ancestry. In my genealogy is the magical array of Tainos from Boriken, Moors from Andalusia, Guanches of the Canary Islands and multiple people throughout Northwest Africa. All of which that inspire the eclectic and diverse methods of my unique medicine.
I was being guided to pursue a deeper and more professional career with herbalism. I began to study and take classes with many herbalists and herbal institutions like The Herbal Academy and The American Herbalist’s Guild. At this point, I am moving toward a path of a certified clinical herbalist with AHG. Nonetheless, I am still a thorough and committed holistic practitioner.
Reading books about herbs, mushrooms and sketching them had contributed to the grounding that I needed. It drew me back into my body and happily. Herbalism reminded me about the beauty of the earthly realm and why it is of utmost importance to root yourself in.
Since the beginning, Earth has been designed to be a transient world and we only live to the fullest here in true consciousness. It was in being a holistic practitioner that I could bring the heavenly cosmos to flourish and create beauty on Earth. Above all, we all have the power to live holistic lives. All in all, my goal is to share this medicine and be a reminder that life is beautiful when we live in union with all of ourselves: body, mind and spirit.

My practice started with divination about 9 years ago. I started off studying western tropical astrology and soon after tarot cards. After the death of my father, my psychic abilities really came to fruition. Perhaps even necromancy and communing with him after his passing was what started it all. From then on, I practiced using my intuition daily and it has strengthened overtime. I cannot say I can divine for everyone. I’m a firm believer in like energy attracting like energy, if we can connect and you feel I am the reader for you then so mote it be. After this point, I started deviating to other forms of divination such as rune casting, bibliomancy, augury and osteomancy. I do not offer readings via these modes of divination. I’ve been studying plant medicine for 5 years now. I do still consider myself a student herbalist as I have yet to get any certifications. I am currently enrolled in herbalism programs and classes with both The Herbal Academy and The American Herbalist’s Guild. My goal within the next couple years is to become a certified clinical herbalist with The American Herbalist’s Guild. For now, I will continue to study and expand my own materia medica. I do not diagnose illnesses and am not taking herbal protocols. My purpose with sharing is to reconnect people to plant spirit medicine and becoming more eco-conscious. It shouldn’t be just about what plants can do for us but what we can do in gratitude for all that earth medicine has shared with us. Card readings are a form of divination. Divination is when an individual connects with the divine to receive messages about a variety of things. Cartomancy aka card reading is using playing cards, tarot cards and/or oracle cards to divine. In my card readings, I use tarot and/or oracle cards to divine and receive messages in regards to your questions. Depending on the reading you purchase, there will be a pre-established theme or you’ll have the option to keep a specific question in mind. Together, we allow the minds to quiet down and enter a meditative space. Before I begin shuffling, I ask that the individuals I read for to set their intentions about what they wish to receive from their reading. I ask them to enter of place of receptivity, releasing judgment and allowing whatever messages that come through to be processed with an open mind. Card readings are NOT for me to tell you a definitive future, we all have the wonderful gift of free will for that. Card readings are for you to use as a tool for confirming your own intuition. Sometimes, our minds can get in the way of trusting our inner voice. Card readings can help us reconnect with that inner voice by opening up to messages from the divine.
